BizOps Lead

We are looking for a BizOps Lead to work directly with our founders, Chief of Staff, and leadership team to solve the most critical operational challenges and build the foundation for our next phase of growth.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of combined experience in business operations, strategy, consulting (MBB), investment banking, venture capital, or private equity
• Bias for action with a can-do attitude
• Executive presence and influence
• Ability to switch gears between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
• Commercially minded with sharp focus on translating operations into revenue growth and market impact
• Exceptional communicator with proven ability to connect big-picture goals to tactical execution
