Job Description
Children's ministry in Western North Carolina is seeking a Foster Care Case Coordinator to complete case management duties for licensed foster families.
Requirements
- Provide direct supervision to assigned foster families
- Work alongside foster families to serve as the bridge between the family and the county DSS agencies
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policy and state regulations
- Apply advance child welfare knowledge to develop plans of service
- Assist foster families and the child in accomplishing service plan goals
- Cover on-call when assigned, which include responding to emergency situations after hours on a rotating basis
