Job Description
Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to offer technical consultancy/support services for IT Reception systems, manage and monitor data ingestion, storage, and processing, and provide incident and problem management, technical support, and change management.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT systems, Linux System (shell script, basic administration, TCP/IP)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management (ITIL) on IT systems/applications Technical Support
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of IT system architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in writing system specifications and in understanding technical documentations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Database management and Databases such as MySQL or SQL Server, Oracle or Postgres SQL
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project Management (PM2 or Prince2 or PMI)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with containerization
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with Cloud services
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Shell
- Minimum 1 year of experience with XML basis XML basis (schema, parsing with xpath, transformation with xslt)
- Minimum 1 year of experience API Management (curl/Postman/Json)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Confluence and JIRA/Citnet/GitLab
- Knowledge of Application server (Tomcat or JBOSS/WILDFLY)
- Knowledge of Perl or Java
- Excellent command of the English language and good knowledge of French
