Job Description
Black Semiconductor is seeking a Furnace Process Development Engineer to help build, run, and improve high-temperature furnace systems for material growth. This role involves adapting existing processes to new tools, optimizing growth rates, and ensuring quality and performance. It's a hands-on position focused on improving processes and collaborating with R&D.
Requirements
- Experience running or maintaining furnace systems or similar tools
- Comfortable working with high-temperature wafer processes
- Experience in a cleanroom environment (R&D or semiconductor fab)
- Hands-on with tools and systems
- Background in semiconductors, advanced materials, or nanomaterials is a plus
