Job Description
Black Semiconductor is seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to lead the CMP/Cleaning/Plating area during the construction and ramp-up of their FabOne facility. This role involves designing tool layouts, integrating cleanrooms, overseeing equipment installation, and developing maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in slurry/chemical supply systems, tool installation, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with slurry/chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing
- Proven experience with tool installation, initial fab startups, or cleanroom expansions
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience of facility preparation and monitoring techniques
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- 300mm facility slurry/chemical delivery experience
- Familiarity with infrastructure requirements such as chemical delivery, drain systems, and ventilation/safety systems
