Requirements

• Completes pre-arrival emails and calls
• Be a point of contact for guests before arrival
• Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences
• Creates unique memorial experiences for guests
• Reviews daily traces and confirms information with other departments
• Audits activity and spa bookings for accuracy
• Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments
• Monitors website content for accurate event information
• Complies with company policies and procedures
