Software Developer / Engineer

We are looking for a Software Developer or Engineer who has earned their spurs in development, but also understands how technology really adds value to the customer. You will work in a triangle with our AI Engineer and Data Engineer, where strategy, technique, and realization constantly come together.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in software development or engineering
• Excellent command of Python (must)
• Experience with other languages such as C# or TypeScript is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus) and infrastructure components
• Knowledge of CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Experience with building solutions within enterprise environments
• Identify and apply the right design patterns for each scenario
• Write production-level code that meets the requirements of readability, scalability, and safety
• Consultancy skills: listening, thinking together, communicating, and building trust
• Independence, responsibility, and the willingness to grow in an entrepreneurial environment
