blackcrows is an independent ski brand born in Chamonix and adopted by the global outdoor community. We design skis, outdoor clothing and accessories focusing on performance, identity and style - objects shaped by the desire to combine beauty and efficiency.
Requirements
- Management of cash flow forecasting (under Agicap software)
- Supervision of the accounting of companies (Swiss and French) in coordination with French and Swiss service providers
- Simple consolidation of three legal entities (FR, USA, CH)
- Follow-up of the documentation of accounting processes
- Setting up rules to ensure the conformity of accounting entries and records
- Supervision of tax and social declarations in France
- Supervision of social and tax declarations in Switzerland
- Contribution to projects for the evolution of information systems (SI) and the automation of accounting operations
- Internal information and general pedagogy on internal control and fraud prevention
- Functional and transversal animation of the Financial Controller in North America on accounting and tax subjects Group (Group accounting rules, Group audit, consolidation, transfer prices,...)
