Job Description
Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their A.I. business unit. The role involves building and deploying data science solutions to support cyber security initiatives, protecting Blackpoint's customer base, and contributing to their mission of preventing cyber attacks. The company is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a motivated individual with a strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on Data Science
- Experience building in a well-architected mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cloud-based ML development (AWS) experience
- Data Ingest & Wrangling (Spark, EMR, SageMaker)
- Feature Engineering (Feature Pipelines, Feature Store)
- Model Development, Analysis & Deployment (SageMaker, Airflow)
- Inference Streams & Event-driven Processing (Ka[a, Spark)
- Scripting Language (Python, Bash)
