Associate, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing - Marketing Category

BlackRock is seeking a seasoned Associate to join the Marketing Category Procurement & Strategic Sourcing team. The role focuses on end-to-end management of sourcing activities, aligning with a global business strategy, and ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and social responsibility. Responsibilities include strategic advisory, sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, market analysis, and cost management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience at a consulting, marketing, technology, or financial services institution.
• Strong knowledge of category planning, competitive bidding (RFI, RFP, RFQ), and vendor selection.
• Expertise in negotiation and contract drafting, including engagement letters, service level agreements (SLAs), and global procurement systems (Coupa).
• Analytical skills to translate data into negotiation strategies and develop cost models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field, or advanced degree in a related field.
