Requirements
- 5 years' experience in related financial services environment; ETF or Risk Management experience preferred
- High motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive under time pressure and ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with knowledge of Bloomberg, SQL, Python, and VBA desirable but not requisite
- Proven relationship-building abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
