Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is a leading infrastructure investor that specializes in investing in, owning and operating assets across the energy, transport, digital infrastructure and water and waste management sectors. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support the corporate governance function, maintain corporate governance records, and perform other related tasks.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience within a similar function as a corporate secretary or legal assistant
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm's internal and personnel affairs
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
