Job Description
We are seeking an Associate to join the Finance Information & Analytics (FI&A) Team in Gurgaon, India. The role involves performing month-end close process related actuals, participating in AUM and Revenue enhancement projects, and driving standardization/automation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience with a similar profile and an MBA/CA degree.
Requirements
- MBA/CA with minimum 4-6 years of experience with a similar profile
- Ability to handle large data and derive meaningful information
- Analytical bent of mind combined with financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment (across Finance)
- Understanding and/or experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting
