Job Description
BlackRock is seeking a Municipal Product Strategist to join the Municipal team and collaborate with portfolio managers, marketing, and sales teams. The position is responsible for supporting new business development, creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies and materials to increase demand for the firm's Municipal products, and ensuring the team provides high-quality, investment-focused client service.
Requirements
- BA/BS is required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- 2 to 3 years of Fixed Income Experience Preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to synthesize complex issues and ideas
- Strong quantitative skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Self-starters who enjoy working in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
- Series 7 and 66 required or expected to be completed within 6 months of hire
