Vice President - Business Management: Product Governance & Reporting

BlackRock is seeking a passionate professional to lead aspects of the funds' overall control environment and manage numerous business affairs in support of our funds.

Requirements

• 9 years investment management industry experience with fund structures such as open-and close-end mutual funds, and exchange traded funds.
• Accounting, reporting and investment operations for a broad array of domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, financing and derivative investment holdings and strategies.
• External service provider oversight and control environment assessment.
• Proficiency in technology and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Mutual Fund and/or ETF Fund Administration experience a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• Project Management for regulatory and business change
• Accountability and ownership of key functions and special projects.
• Solid prioritization skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Experience implementing change management.
• Develop practical and pragmatic solutions through a ‘hands on’ approach.
• Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for performance.
