Job Description
We seek a candidate with capital markets expertise to support FMA clients and their objectives. The candidate will support and grow FMA's hedge advisory franchise, designing and implementing bespoke hedging strategies on behalf of clients, and gain exposure to a wider range of FMA's capital markets services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry, including specific experience with interest rates and/or FX derivatives
- Fundamental understanding of collateral management for derivatives programs
- Familiarity with hedging dynamics & risk management best practices
- Broad understanding of financial institutions, fixed income assets and analytics, and capital markets
- Experience working at/with insurance companies, banks and/or other financial institutions clients
