Country Manager France (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Country Manager France to drive the continued expansion of BLACKROLL in France. The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for the French market and strategically develop the market, strengthen key retail partnerships, and increase brand relevance nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing revenue, distribution, or market share
• Highly data-driven and able to use numbers to actively steer growth
• Solid experience in a retail environment and ability to build and scale strong commercial partnerships
• Fluent in French and business-level English
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur and take full ownership of a market
