Job Description
BlackSky is a real-time intelligence company seeking an Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician for a hybrid role in Tukwila, WA. This role involves supporting satellite assembly, integration, and test operations, working on production lines, and potentially traveling to launch sites. The position requires a strong understanding of assembly and test procedures and is expected to report to the Director of Production.
Requirements
- Perform mechanical assembly and test operations on satellite production lines.
- Assemble and inspect electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies.
- Participate in anomaly/failure investigation and resolution.
- Provide feedback on designs and processes; participate in process improvement activities.
- Support other assembly and test activities across the company
- Fine-pitch soldering, wire harness assembly and repair, epoxy/adhesive application, and mechanical assembly
- Must be a US Person.
