Job Description
BlackSky is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead and oversee the integration of a high-level customer solution leveraging product and geospatial data. This role involves contract negotiation, program budgeting, and managing engineering teams within an international environment, requiring strong communication and technical skills. The position is based in Herndon, VA.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in product development/support
- 10+ years of experience in GEOINT/GIS industry
- 7+ years of direct management/leadership experience
- Experience delivering embedded systems to customers
- Strong communication and cross-cultural awareness
- Expertise in Geospatial and commercial data sources
- Familiarity with DOD/IC customers and processes
