Job Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a talented IBM FileNet Developer to join their team and design, develop, and implement FileNet solutions to manage enterprise content and streamline business processes. Collaboration with business analysts and other technical teams is key to achieving effective integration with existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of FileNet concepts, including Workflow, Content Engine, and Application Engine.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with integration of FileNet with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
