Job Description
This Junior Quality Control Engineer role involves testing software applications and systems to verify they meet customer specifications. The role reports to the QC Lead and is typically full-time, with potential for remote work. Candidates should be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy teamwork. The role involves bug reporting, regression testing, and collaboration with the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with test case design and execution
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
