Job Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Team Lead to manage a team of SAP Basis Consultants and oversee the technical infrastructure of their clients. This role involves leading projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring smooth system operation and performance. The team will manage systems, installations, upgrades, monitoring, and security.
Requirements
- Manage and lead a team of SAP Basis Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and components
- Lead system upgrades, apply patches, and perform system migrations
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system resources
- Implement and maintain system security measures and data backup and recovery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP integration
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Create and maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
