Job Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Advisor – Capital Projects & Partnerships to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in capital projects and strategic partnerships to drive the success of our initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in capital project management and partnership development, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive successful project outcomes.
