Job Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant to implement and optimize SAP HR systems, specifically focusing on Success Factors modules. The consultant will collaborate with teams and clients, understand business requirements, and provide expert guidance. They will focus on employee data, performance, learning, and recruiting.
Requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
- Design and configure SAP Success Factors modules
- Lead workshops and gather user requirements
- Perform system configuration and testing
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices
- Experience in leading full-cycle implementations of SAP Success Factors projects
