Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist ensures all new sales are accurate, compliant, and properly documented before services begin. This role verifies pricing, bill type, contract type, service details, and customer expectations through outbound verification calls.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, sales support, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to spot discrepancies easily
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to interpret pricing sheets, service packages, and contract language
• Proficient with CRM and billing systems (Salesforce, RealGreen, Pestpac or similar preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-departmentally
• Comfortable handling a high volume of verification calls
