Job Description
Karuna Media seeks a part-time Co-Founder & COO to build the Karunaverse app, a virtual makerspace for children to engage in arts experiences. The ideal candidate will be operational and commercial architect of the company, translating a powerful vision into a scalable, fundable, investable business.
Requirements
- Startup operator experience (COO, Head of Ops, GM, or Founder)
- Proven leader with high emotional intelligence and empathy
- Experience in EdTech, HealthTech / Mental Health, Consumer SaaS / Platforms
- Fundraising, Financial modeling, GTM strategy, Operations & systems, Partnerships, Product collaboration
Benefits
- Flexible hours (up to 32 hour/week)

- Hourly rate: $45-$78/hour
