As a Quality & Lean Team Manager, you will lead a team of +/- 12 colleagues who are responsible for improving operational processes based on quality, customer needs, and insights from the operation. You will ensure that processes within Operations are reliable, predictable, and future-proof, and oversee the implementation of uniform standards for process documentation.
