Director of Revenue Cycle

BCDI is recruiting a full-time Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and oversee the activities of the billing department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of revenue cycle experience, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Eight plus years' experience managing the revenue cycle process preferred.
• Two plus years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology utilized in medical billing, current office practices and procedures, and advanced math.
• Ability to elicit and evaluate information, sometimes of a highly personal and sensitive nature.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
