Senior Software Engineer (Python)

Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to its growth and expansion, contributing to engineering initiatives, providing internal developer support, and guiding engineers on tooling usage. The role involves hands-on software development, improving internal tooling, and partnering with the team to embed AI know-how into the company’s AI coding tools.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in either Python or.NET
• Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments and Bash/scripting
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-adjacent work
• Familiarity with identity/security frameworks such as Okta and/or Auth0
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and independent
• Comfortable switching between deep technical work and developer support
