Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves front desk reception, assisting with office needs, providing support to managers and employees, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Experience with MS Office and prior administrative experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Greeting incoming clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Keep lobby area, front desk, conference rooms and breakrooms organized and clean
- Run errands when needed
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Serve as communication liaison for client needs
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High School degree
