Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day supervision of field construction activities, including implementation of safety policies, directing personnel and subcontractors, and overseeing project compliance with contractual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage employees with strong leadership skills
• Experience in general contracting, including concrete, steel erection, and MEPF systems
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA's construction safety requirements
• Ability to read and decipher construction documents
• Ability to identify quality workmanship
• Experience in project budget management, scheduling, and owner relationships
