Operational Excellence Manager (Pharmacy Operations)

Blink Health is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager (Pharmacy Operations) to drive process improvement, standardization, and efficiency across Hub Pharmacy Operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate operational needs into scalable processes, tools, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or process improvement
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth or healthcare environment
• Proven ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Technical fluency with Google Workspace tools and light technical solutioning or automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Mission-oriented with passion for delivering scalable, data-driven operational solutions
