Job Description
Blink is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to manage a global team and oversee the delivery of its platform to large enterprise customers. This role involves strategic thinking, technical expertise, relationship management, and leadership to drive value realization and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level professional with a customer-focused ethos and the ability to escalate complex issues and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience

- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
- Empathy and strong customer pain point understanding
- Experience in managing software implementation projects in a B2B software business
- Strong project management skills
