Business Development Manager (Crypto Casino & Sportsbook)

Blitzed is a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook looking for a Business Development Manager to source, close, and grow high-impact partnerships. The role involves building and managing a BD pipeline, identifying and securing partnerships, and owning partner performance after launch.

Requirements

• 2–6+ years in BD / partnerships / affiliate management (iGaming, crypto, fintech, e-commerce, or performance marketing)
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with commercial structures (CPA/rev share/hybrid)
• Proven ability to prospect and close deals independently
• Highly organised with pipeline discipline (CRM hygiene, follow-ups, deal notes)
• Data-driven: understands KPIs and can optimise based on performance
• Excellent communication—clear, fast, and reliable with internal teams and external partners
