Farm Hand

We are seeking a part-time Farm Hand to assist in maintaining equine management procedures, building and grounds upkeep, and providing safe and educational experiences for our community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of equine experience
• Skilled in use of tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Skilled in time management, communication and organization
• Must be self-aware, teachable, and work well in a highly relational team environment
• Able to instruct and enforce rules, guidelines and structure
• Pass background checks
• Able bodied and capable of lifting 50+ pounds
