Job Description
We are seeking married Christian couples for a full-time, live-in position as House Parents at Redeemed Homestead, a safe home for girls ages 11-17 who have been victims of sex trafficking. As House Parents, you will play a key role in maintaining structure and operations, providing transportation, and supporting youth with schoolwork and independent living skills. You will also foster a Christ-centered atmosphere and provide positive and supportive interactions with residents.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Pass a background check
- Mature relationship with Christ
- Ministry-minded
- Astute communication skills
- General knowledge of the human trafficking field and effects of sexual exploitation
