Teaching Kitchen Assistant Trainer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Trainer to assist in leading hands-on culinary instruction in our Teaching Kitchen. The Assistant Trainer will assist in educating individuals or groups on food preparation, kitchen safety, nutrition, and healthy cooking techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a culinary instructor, chef, dietitian, or related field
• Culinary degree or certification preferred, but not required with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and health-supportive cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable teaching diverse audiences in group settings
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• CPR and Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
