Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is a key member of Block Imaging Parts and Service, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing repairs, supporting equipment, and maintaining customer relationships. This role focuses on accurate service documentation, revenue management, and working with external service providers. The position can be remote or in-person, based on needs and company policy.

Requirements

• Receive and manage incoming service calls
• Schedule service engineers
• Negotiate repair costs
• Order parts for repairs
• Monitor service contracts
• Close out service requests
• Process purchase orders
• Process purchase orders
• Review vendor invoices
• Schedule preventative maintenance
• Prepare quotes and process billing
• Track service records
• Develop relationships with Independent Service Engineers
• Process follow up calls
