Job Description
The School Behavior Coach is responsible for behavioral and skill assessment and modification of students by working directly with classroom staff on implementation, training and follow through of Discrete Trial Teaching, student Behavior Intervention Plans, classroom management and other procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- 3 years' experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- ABA experience is a must
