Job Description
Block Renovation is seeking a Sales Associate to drive contractor recruitment and onboarding. This role combines aspects of recruitment, BDR/SDR work, and building relationships. The Sales Associate will source qualified contractors, conduct outreach, and manage a recruitment pipeline, delivering presentations and partner with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, AE), business development, recruiting, or a related field
- Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
