Job Description
Blockchain.com is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their fast-growing Legal department, focusing on Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement & Employment. The role involves advising on and managing legal matters related to litigation, regulatory investigations, and employment legal issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk mitigation and business objectives. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in the office.
Requirements
- JD/law degree and bar admission in the US.
- 8+ years relevant experience - ideally in litigation, regulatory investigations/enforcement, and employment legal and HR project experience.
- Experience in in-house FinTech is a plus.
- Class actions experience is a major plus.
- Proven high-performing legal experience in an in-house environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- High degree of professional ethics.
