Job Description
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Blockdaemon, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and services in a multi-cloud environment. This role involves collaborative design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions, utilizing tools like Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an independent contributor role with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong Architectural & Security Mindset
- 5+ years experience of maintaining infrastructure-as-code on Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Azure
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
- Proficiency in scripting and programming (BASH, Golang, Python, TypeScript)
- 2+ years of experience operating highly available Kubernetes clusters
- Experience working in SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certified companies
