Requirements

• 5+ years in growth strategy, operations, revenue systems, or business development
• Strong technical acumen across CRMs, automation, and AI-powered tools
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business systems from scratch
• Deep collaboration with sales/marketing teams to support customer acquisition
