Bloomberg is looking for a Recruiter to join their Early Careers Talent Acquisitions team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Apprenticeship programme. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in running an Apprenticeships function at a similar scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in running an Apprenticeships function at a similar scale
• Experience in managing an Apprenticeship programme in a large organisation
• Successful delivery of change and improvement programmes within Apprenticeships, with measurable outcomes
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, presentation, and project management skills
• Exceptional people skills
• Ability to adjust to changing workflows and demands
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, consultative approach, and ability to influence
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle a high volume of roles, juggle various projects, and be efficient with workflow
• Flexibility to travel (required during peak seasons)
