The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Apprenticeship programme. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in running an Apprenticeships function at a similar scale.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in running an Apprenticeships function at a similar scale
- Experience in managing an Apprenticeship programme in a large organisation
- Successful delivery of change and improvement programmes within Apprenticeships, with measurable outcomes
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, presentation, and project management skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Ability to adjust to changing workflows and demands
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, consultative approach, and ability to influence
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle a high volume of roles, juggle various projects, and be efficient with workflow
- Flexibility to travel (required during peak seasons)
