You'll be responsible for understanding customer data needs and workflows, and identifying opportunities for product adoption and potential misuse. As part of a global team, you'll work to improve processes, including through training and collaboration with product teams.
Requirements
- Business proficiency in English and business proficiency in Japanese
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
- A strong interest working in audit and compliance
- A good understanding of the financial services workflow across front, middle, and back office
- Thrive on a fast-paced team, whilst demonstrating adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
- A familiarity and interest with data content and licensing frameworks
- The ambition to take ownership and responsibility of projects from start to finish
- Effective stakeholder management across departments and seniority levels
- Originating, owning, and managing initiatives to drive positive impact
- Being bold to effect change with innovation and collaboration
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex workflows
- Market knowledge across asset classes and application of data in each
