Hackensack Golf Club is seeking a motivated and career-driven Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join a highly professional and hard-working agronomy team.
Requirements
- Assist in all daily golf course maintenance operations
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff
- Schedule and plan daily tasks and projects
- Perform and oversee fertilizer and pesticide applications
- Execute irrigation and water management strategies; troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain records for applications, water usage, and cultural programs
- Monitor turf health, moisture, disease pressure, and environmental conditions
- Ensure efficient execution of in-house restoration projects and capital improvements
- Uphold and model HGC’s strong commitment to work ethic, professionalism, and course excellence
