Golf Course Superintendent

Salisbury Country Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to step into the role of Golf Course Superintendent. Reporting directly to James Nick, Director of Golf Courses and Grounds, this position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious turf professional to advance their career while leading the maintenance operations of Salisbury’s 27-hole championship course and practice facilities.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant turf management experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management, agronomy, or related field (preferred)
• Virginia Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if necessary)
