Seminole Golf Club seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Head Equipment Manager to lead its turf equipment and mechanical operations.
Requirements
- Proven success as an Equipment Manager or Head Technician at a top tier facility at a minimum of 6-8 years
- Expertise with John Deere and Toro equipment platforms.
- Experience managing capital replacement plans, leases, and vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of irrigation pumping systems, including reverse osmosis and dewatering.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to lead across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, trade school certification, or equivalent mechanical training preferred.
- Active member of GCSAA, Turf Equipment Technicians Association, or OEM certification programs.
- Prior experience supporting tournament-ready course conditions (USGA, PGA, or elite amateur events)
