Job Description
Bloomingdale’s is seeking an Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Detective to protect store assets and personnel. The role involves utilizing technology, investigating shoplifting, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Training will be provided to equip detectives with the skills and tools to succeed.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Identify, observe, and apprehend shoplifters.
- Maintain building safety and security.
- Ability to apprehend shoplifters.
- Knowledge of state laws related to shoplifting.
- Participate in store shortage reduction program.
- Physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting, stooping, kneeling).
