Principal Product Manager

Bloomreach is building the world's premier agentic platform for personalization, revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers. We're seeking a visionary and strategic Product Manager to drive our Search product roadmap, with a strong understanding of AI Search, including Large Language Models, artificial intelligence, recall, ranking, and personalization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience with the intersection of Search, E-commerce, and AI & ML technologies
• 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
• Proven success as a Product Manager (launching impactful features)
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Strong, influential, persuasive communication
• Deep ability to understand how technical concepts & tradeoffs tie to business outcomes
